June 12, 2016 – After carrying out the massive murder in Orlando, Omar Mateen had called the police and admitted his allegiance to the Islamic State terrorists. Eventually, twelve hours after, the President of America announced that the state does not have a “definitive assessment on the motivation” behind Omar’s crime committed; on the other hand, he sees the actions of the man as something done that is “filled with hate”. Many see this declaration of the president as avoidance on the subject regarding the Islamic State.
While the reality shows that the Islamist terrorist are already waging war against the country, and that their latest strategy is through one-wolf attacks on the very shores and heart of America, the American president encouraged fellow Americans to change their perspective and attitudes towards the LGBT – lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender – community.
Many columnists had attacked the president’s latest statement, as if he does not want to do something regarding this issue and would just let things flow wherever it would lead. This had spring a number of outbursts most especially from those who lost their beloved and also from those who sees this incident as something that the country must look into.
