9202257_448x252A 12-year-old North Carolina boy made a “gem” of a find while traveling with his family in Arkansas – he found a 5.16 carat honey-brown diamond.

The boy found it in Arkansas’ Crater of the Diamond State Park.

Park officials say it’s the 27th largest diamond found by a park visitor since the site became a state park in 1972 – and the eighth largest brown diamond.

The boy has reportedly named the large gem “God’s Glory Diamond.”

And the park says it is the 328th diamond found by a visitor this year.
